This quarterly publication reaches families throughout New Rochelle and the surrounding area, and I’m proud to introduce local households and small businesses to affordable, reliable tech support through this platform.
Whether it’s helping someone speed up their computer, install new hardware, or troubleshoot software issues, my goal has always been to make technology easier and more approachable. Being featured in the Bulletin is a great step toward connecting with more neighbors who might need a hand with their tech.
Even better news? I’ve booked my first official IT appointment in Manhattan tomorrow, where I’ll be helping a client troubleshoot their printer’s paper feed rollers. What’s interesting is that this request came in even though my current Google Ads campaign is only targeting a 20-mile radius around Westchester County. The inquiry suggests there may be growing interest outside my initial service area—especially in NYC—which means it might be time to expand the geographic scope of my online advertising to include parts of Manhattan and beyond.
It’s a great reminder that even small technical issues—like a printer not feeding paper properly—can be frustrating and disruptive. I’m glad to be in a position to help, wherever the need arises.
